Steven Borden, better known by his ring name Sting, is a retired American professional wrestler and former bodybuilder whose career spanned five decades, during which he won a combined fifteen world championships and became one of the most enduring and influential figures in professional wrestling history. Borden rose to prominence in the late 1980s and became the defining star of World Championship Wrestling (WCW) during its peak years, serving as the promotion’s heroic centerpiece and cultural identity.
